- Minimum 3-star Hotel with 3 single rooms (with king-size beds) or Airbnb with 3 rooms.
- Breakfast included.
- Wi-Fi included.
- Late check-out (if necessary, due to late ending of the event).
- In-Room essentials: Water, Juices and fruits.
Note: The Accommodation should be chosen as near as possible to the event site.
- All meals must be provided for 3 people.
Note: If the organization can’t provide the respective meals, an amount of 50 € per person and per meal (before and/or after the gig) shall be provided.
If International
- Air/train/bus tickets for 3 people.
- Cabine baggage included.
- The less time possible between places (few or no scales).
- Provided Ground Transportation from the: Airport to the Hotel; Hotel to the Event; Event back to the Hotel; Hotel back to Airport.
If National
All Travel costs must be provided by the promoter/organization: (Uber/Fuel/Road Tolls) to, and back from the event.
- Minimum DJ Set time must be 1 (one) hour, with adjustments to less 3 (three) to 5 (five) minutes, depending on song ending or next DJ schedule to entrance.
- Nevito won’t take responsibility from delays caused by the previous DJ or sound technician and will play after the scheduled time if necessary untill the minimum DJ Set time requirement of 57 to 55 minutes is met.
- The regular DJ Set time is 1 (one) hour, with extension to up to 30 minutes if the promotion/organization requires.
- A DJ Set with more than 1H30 (one hour and a half) will require a different fee.
- A private room or VIP table near the DJ booth with security is required.
- At least 3 guests must be allowed.
- 1X Bottle of Ciroc.
- 1X Bottle of Hennessy.
- 6X Red Bull or Monster.
- 6X Coca-Cola Zero.
- 6X Bottles of Water.
- 2X Bottles (1,5 Lts) of Juice (Joy Orange).
- Enough Snacks and Appetizers for at least 3 guests.
- At least 2 (two), (ideal 3 or 4) Pioneer (Alpha Theta) CDJ 3000 or superior (3000X), connected via Pro Link (for single pen use in all devices).
- 1 (One) Mixer Pioneer (Alpha Theta) at least, DJM-900NX2 or superior (A9, or V10).
- A big digital timer in the booth, to count the time of the DJ Set.
- 4X L-Acoustics Kara or DV-Dosc, or superior.
- 2X L-Acoustics SB18 or superior.
- 1X Wireless Microphone
Mandatory: The presence of an experienced sound technician is required during the soundcheck and throughout Nevito’s performance.
- LED Wall for the artist’s visuals (during the show).
- Confetti machines (entrance and during the show).
- CO2 Jets (entrance and during the show).
This agreement regulates the provision of artistic services by NevitoProd (Nevito or Artist), to any requiring entity/promotion/organization (Promoter), under the following specified rights and obligations:
- Obligations of the Promoter:
- To provide all the hospitality requirements mentioned in the “Hospitality” Section (above).
- To provide all the technical equiment requirements mentioned in the “Technical Rider” Section (above).
- To provide a suitable and secure venue for the event.
- To ensure the safety of the artist and his team, throughout the event.
- To ensure the safety of the artist and his team during road transportations that might occur, to and from the event.
- To ensure all your team respects the artist and his team and their requirements described in these sections.
- Obligations of the Artist:
- To perform in accordance with the terms and conditions described in this agreement.
- To arrive at the venue at the agreed time.
- To not delay or extend the set beyond the established time (unless if, under the conditions referred in the section “Venue/Event” under “Hospitality” above).
- To be respectful to the team in charge of the venue and artist reception and safety.
- To be respectful to the other DJ’s and sound technicians.
- To be gentle with the equipment provided.
- To comply with all the mentioned terms and conditions met in these sections.
- Payment Policy:
- 50% of the total agreed amount upon confirmation of the date.
- 50% of the total agreed amount after completion of the soundcheck.
- Not complying with these payment policy will result in cancelation of the service by the artist, without any refunds of previous amounts paid.
- Event Cancelation:
- In case of event cancelation, the artist reserves himself the right to not refund any amounts paid. (If the event was canceled before the checksound, the 50%, if the event is canceled at last minute -> after the checksound, the 100% will be kept).
- General Provisions:
- This agreement is valid for any events where the artist and promoter might have agreed to work on, in any location or country, with any promoter or organization.
- This document must be read and accepted by both the promoter and the artist before any adjustments for each event might be agreed on.
- Any extra adjustments or concessions based on each event should be in writen format of at least a text message or email, that can be kept and consulted by both parts.
- Any further disputes regarding any event shall be governed by the laws of the country that the part who takes action resides in (Portugal, in case of the Artist, or other country, in case of any international Promoter).
